Financial Reporting

All businesses and Not for Profit organizations require some form of financial reporting at year end. The three standard reports that CPA firms provide are audits, reviews and compilations.

Each report offers a different level of assurance, has a different set of pros and cons and is offered at a different price point.

The year-end financial statements can be required for a variety of reasons, and are a means of providing independent reporting on the financial performance of a company or organization.

We work with our clients to determine which report is most suited to their particular needs.

Uses of Year-End Statements:

  • Providing information to a lender to secure current or future borrowings
  • Statutory or legal requirements
  • Providing information to shareholders who may not be fully active in the daily operations of the business
  • Preparation for eventual disposition of the business and succession or retirement planning
